This week-end was a short week-end with too much packed in. Friday night I hung out with Karen and we had dinner together which was rather yummy while we watched the episode of Survivor I had missed.

After that we played numerous games of Yahtzee. Jason seems to think this means I'm really old! What's wrong with a good board game once and a while? I ended up staying there till 12:30am which for me wasn't good since I had to work at 9am.

The day went by pretty fst for a Saturday. There were a lot of customers so I didn't get much done. That kind of sucked but that's pretty normal around here.

Saturday night I called Becky and she wanted to see Jason. That was the Dust Rhinos night at Fionn's.

Sunday was a whole day of church choir. Don't get me wrong I like singing on Sundays but I'm not too keen on all the extra shows/masses we do. Especially yesterday since I was REALLY tired! With the time change I ended up getting home at 2. So 5 hours of choir was not what I wanted to be doing.

The other thing is that when we end up having extra practices for choir she never ends on time. I didn't get to leave the church till 4:30 when we were supposed to be done at 4.

Once I got home I tried to sleep but it just wasn't happening. My mother kept waking me up to do stuff. I eventually gave up and decided to start fiddling with my new Video capture card.

It is so much fun! I started by pulling out all my old tapes from broadcasting class in highschool. I'm going to capture all the footage I shot and re-edit my video that was based on my play.

It's funny watching that again after so many years. The bloopers are pretty good too. I'm going to turn it into a DVD I think. It should be fun!
